Joyflow Yoga Teacher Training

Joyflow Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training has been accredited by the Yoga Alliance since 2001 and has certified 22 classes of teachers. It was the first registered training in Mississippi and has inspired new teachers all over the Southeast.

The Joyflow training is unique in that it reflects the 30+ year background of Debi Lewis's experience in a variety of styles and traditions. Her teaching style is playful, nurturing and generous in its scope. She strives to cultivate confidence and self-awareness in all those she mentors.

The Practicum consists of practice teaching classes. I will observe at least two of them and give feedback. Once you have completed all requirements and fulfilled a level of basic competence, you will be receiving Certification through Joyflow Yoga and will then be able to apply to Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Registry, if you desire, thus becoming a registered RYT200 yoga teacher.

Important update: I am no longer doing group Certification trainings, at least for now. Instead, I am currently offering private mentorship certification, which can be customized to your needs and goals. It can also be done locally or remotely. It will be a mix of personal sessions and on-line lectures and classes. Please inquire if interested.
